TO REGISTER:

To register, fill in the Program Registration Form and mail it with your non-refundable $250 deposit.  We accept checks and major credit cards.  For 2008, the full tuition cost for all 9 day programs is $1095.  Full payment is due 30 days before program commences, and no refunds will be made after that date.  We accept major credit cards; just fill out  the credit card information on the form.  Then write a brief intention statement describing why you wish to do the program at this time, and mail it with your Program registration.
