We've created a one-page Equipment List for the Vision Quest program, in pdf format so that you can download and print it.  This covers all of the essential gear you'll need for a Vision Quest.  For other, less demanding programs, check with your guides.  For example, you won't need a sleeping bag or backpack if the program does not include overnight camping or back country hiking.
