Vision Quest for Transformative Leadership

The Vision Quest for Transformative Leadership is an opportunity to step out of the momentum of our lives, work, and  service and give ourselves and the world the gift of an inquiry into our deepest truth.

As we step into the challenges and uncertainties we face on our planet today, how are we doing so?  We may be so caught up in our mission, cause, and urgency of purpose, that we may forget to take time to check in with ourselves on a deep level .  How aligned are we on a daily basis with our own body, mind, soul, and spirit?

As we recognize that the health and vitality of the individual and the community are interdependent,  how can we truly serve others and our world, while we heal and strengthen ourselves?  How can we grow into stronger alignment withourselves, so that  the work we do in the world can align with the greater good?

In encountering wild nature, we discover that the reflection of the earth's vitality that surrounds us serves to nurture and awaken our own inner creativity and power.  In developing a personal relationship with the land, our capacity to listen deepens.  The collective wisdom found beneath our feet and within ourselves begins to inform our sense of self, community, and the nature of our service in the world.
