Vision Quests to the desert are at the very foundation of Judaism -- the Jewish forefathers and foremothers received much of their inspiration in the desert, alone, in direct connection to the Source. In this Jewish Vision Quest, we'll begin by gathering as community in the high desert to celebrate the "Shabbat of Vision." Framed with the universal message of the medicine wheel and informed by Jewish tales and perspectives on seeking vision, you'll enter the desert alone as the ancestors did to encounter the Source and yourself. This program is open to anyone who is interested in exploring a Jewish perspective on seeking vision.
